MOSCOW: Russian President Vladimir Putin told his US counterpart Donald Trump in a New Year letter on Sunday that Moscow was once in a position for dialogue on a "wide-ranging agenda", the Kremlin stated following a sequence of failed makes an attempt to carry a new summit.
