NOIDA: A Mumbai-based man, his spouse and son have been arrested through the Noida Police on the grievance of his brother for alleged fraud, including showing their useless mother as alive on papers, to pocket her properties value Rs 285 crore, officers mentioned Tuesday.
Sunil Gupta, his spouse Radha and son Abhishek, have been produced in a courtroom here when they have been held from their Hiranandani Gardens house in Mumbai's Powai area on December 15, the police mentioned.
