The council took the stern step, ostensibly to prevent “leak” of question papers from examination halls. Of the 5 applicants stuck with mobiles, 4 have been from Malda and one from Howrah. All the 4 Malda students have been from the same faculty and have been taking the test at Gajal Shyamsukhi Balika Vidyalaya. The pupil from Howrah district was once appearing for the examination at Sashati Nahata Avinash High School.


The council handed the litmus test on Tuesday, when no HS question paper (first language) was once circulated on-line.
