Hubballi: Jatra Mahotsava of Shri Ramalingeshwar Temple at Unkal Cross here shall be held from February 27 to March 6 and the Rathotsava shall be held at five.30pm on March five.
Temple believe committee chairman Rajanna Koravi stated on Tuesday stated that cultural programmes and discourse would be held in the night hours from February 27, whilst night-long Jagarane and bhajan would be held on March four.
He also thanked the Hubballi-Dharwad BRTS Company for constructing just right roads and footpaths close to the temple.
“The factor of shifting the temple for the BRTS challenge is earlier than the government. As it is an ancient temple, we would oppose the shifting,” he stated.
