Students clash on BHU campus during fest

VARANASI: Inmates of Birla A and C hostels of BHU on past due Sunday night clashed following a dispute at the ongoing varsity annual cultural fest, ‘Spandan’, at the campus, falling underneath Lanka police station. After the clash, the campus became tense when two groups of scholars indulged in brick-batting and allegedly hurled petrol bombs on every others at the hostels.

SP City Dinesh Kumar Singh mentioned, “The students of the 2 hostels clashed at the campus. Four Inmates suffered injuries and had been rushed to the Trauma Centre of BHU.
