CHANDIGARH: The Registering and Licensing Authority (RLA) of the Chandigarh Administration will dangle re-auction of 69 left-out particular/self-importance registration numbers of the final four series---CH01-BS, CH01-BT, CH01-BU and CH01-BV sequence.
