Vadodara: A rice-laden container truck was once gutted in hearth on National Highway 48 close to the city on Thursday noon leading to traffic jam on the monitor in opposition to south Gujarat.
The Maharashtra-registered container truck was once going to Mumbai after loading the inventory from a rice mill in Sanand. Around 12.30 pm when the container was once passing by the bypass between Somatalav and Tarsali, it stuck hearth. When the motive force learned it, he stopped the truck in the midst of the street and ran away.
Fire department officials said that the precise reason of fireside cannot be ascertained, however they think that leakage in the truck’s gas tank or short-circuit could have caused the fireplace.tnn
