PATNA: Dumra police station's suspended SHO Chandra Bhushan Singh, who is key accused in custodial deaths of two suspects, managed to flee from police custody on Thursday.

Sitamarhi SP D Amarkesh on Friday mentioned Singh was arrested from Dumra police station area best and then he was saved in custody at Runnisaidpur police station.
