NAGPUR: Graduation and put up commencement scholars of Government Veterinary College staged a novel ‘shoe polish’ protest on Saturday in opposition to the state government’s decision to advertise greater than 120 degree holder livestock supervisors as Livestock Development Officers (LDOS), which is a Grade I put up.
