The lady students living in one of the vital hostels at the campus alleged they had been compelled to strip to check who amongst them had allegedly dumped a used sanitary pad in the bathroom. Following the incident, the Akal University control terminated the services and products of two girls wardens and two security guards for dereliction of responsibility.
