Congress files petition in SC against PM Narendra Modi, Amit Shah for Model Code of Conduct violation

Congress MP Susmita Dev filed a petition in the SC accusing the Election Commission of shying away from taking motion towards PM Narendra Modi and BJP president Amit Shah for fashion code of habits violation in their election speeches. The petition comes a day after the Congress questioned the EC's "silence" on over MCC "violations" by the duo.
