BHIWANDI: A powerloom worker used to be arrested for allegedly strangling his spouse to dying, slicing her frame into eight parts, packing them in a plastic drum and then dumping it at an remoted spot right here. Police stated he used to be unhappy as his spouse labored in a dance bar.
