Some mosques cancelled prayers, and Sri Lanka's Muslim affairs minister called on Muslims to wish at home as an alternative, in team spirit with churches that experience closed over safety fears. Other Muslims have expressed fears that they could be focused through Islamist hardliners, after the group's non secular leadership stated the attackers would not be buried at mosques within the nation.
