Guwahati University analysis pupil Sanjib Talukar, who was arrested on Tuesday in reference to the blast at RG Baruah, was reportedly in the loop in regards to the plan to hold out the attack and helped Bijoy Asom, the high accused who is believed to have lobbed the grenade on May 15, initial probe has revealed.
