North Goa collector R Menaka said that the directions had been issued to ensure that the vote casting procedure goes off without a hitch on Sunday. The orders to round-up 13 historical past sheeters got after a bottle was once allegedly thrown at BJP candidate Sidharth Kuncalienker. Seven history-sheeters had already been rounded up in Panaji and the method will continue.
