Trinamool Congress on Tuesday advised the Election Commission of India that an "undeclared emergency has been declared in Bengal" and puzzled the ballot panel's move to keep 200 companies of central forces on the state's disposal days after defence minister Nirmala Sitharaman reportedly said that central forces are going to stick again in Bengal until May 27.
