The survivor in an alleged rape case of 2016 involving Congress leader Atanasio Monserrate has been lacking for over two weeks from a rehabilitation centre in South Goa, according to an FIR filed by police. The survivor, who used to be a minor in 2016, used to be relocated to the centre closing year from the juvenile detention centre after she attained 18 years of age.
