Dakshina Kannada district police have arrested six folks in connection with a boisterous victory birthday party involving participants of a right-wing organisation that threatened the existence and limb of Mithun M Rai, the Congress candidate of Dakshina Kannada Lok Sabha constituency. While three folks had been detained on Monday, police detained three extra on Tuesday and officially charged all six in connection with the crime.
