Allahabad University's attempts to get hostel rooms vacated sooner than the summer wreck witnessed violent protests via scholars on Saturday and Sunday. Though maximum hostel inmates had vacated their rooms on Saturday, others were forced to transport out after the administration roped in police assist to evict the ones living illegally on Sunday.
