Change in the rules relating to second look of resolution sheets has proved costly to over 1,500 students of APJ Kalam Technical University (AKTU). Though they challenged the evaluation hoping it is going to fortify their efficiency, they ended up shedding marks in the process. In reality, marks of 282 of the 1,500 students dropped under the cross proportion and they had been declared failed in the semester.
