As the town retires for the evening, street canines in and around Anna Nagar wait for this pleasant stranger to come and feed them. Hired by way of an Anna Nagar resident, this guy is going across the area on a bike with a ‘Mothers of Animals’ decal on it, and feeds the canines. He is incessantly spotted by way of late-night diners.
