The additional sessions court docket in Panaji on Monday disregarded former Goa minister and newly elected Congress MLA from Panaji Atanasio Monserrate’s plea to drop fees in an alleged rape case of 2016 and stated fees can be framed towards him on June 12. Monserrate stated he wouldn’t challenge the order.
