The old Saraighat Bridge, which has been closed for just about three months for repairing work, was once reopened on Thursday. The double-decker, rail-cum-road bridge was once closed on March 23, making this the longest-ever segment of restore work that the bridge needed to undergo, since it was once opened for public use in 1963.
