Having failed once in its makes an attempt to rein in bottled water dealers, the state govt is making plans to include bottled water within the checklist of very important commodities and cap the utmost price of packaged water at Rs 11 per litre, foods and civil provides minister P Thilothaman told meeting on Monday.
