BJP MLA from Lalitpur Ramratan Kushwaha kicked up an issue when he told birthday celebration workers to thrash govt officers with sneakers if they do not pay attention to them. Kushwaha was once addressing birthday celebration workers at the felicitation of Jhansi's newly elected MP Anurag Sharma in Mehroni the town of Lalitpur district on Tuesday.
