The state govt, which has rescued 142 youngsters engaged in child labour and begging from various portions of the state up to now 365 days via its Sharanabalyam scheme, is making plans to fortify the rescue workforce to avoid wasting youngsters from child labour and trafficking while observing the World Day Against Child Labour on Wednesday.
