The state government would take a lenient stand in opposition to the occupants of the condominium complex at Maradu, which the Supreme Court has ordered to demolish for violating the coastal regulation zone (CRZ) regulations, local self-government minister A C Moideen informed the meeting on Thursday, in reply to a submission raised by means of M Swaraj MLA.
