The failure of Lucknow Municipal Corporation (LMC) in tackling the stray livestock menace in the town in spite of 14 assaults being reported in remaining two months led to one among its own members — corporator of Geetapalli ward Arvind Yadav — becoming a victim and maintaining accidents when a bull chased and assaulted him on Friday evening.
