A Facebook submit by Purna Das Baul, the Padmashree people singer who lives in Dhakuria, has delivered to light a menace that ails hundreds of residents residing in Dhakuria and Selimpur Pally in South Kolkata — rowdy rickshaw pullers who ceaselessly block the slim lanes and park their three-wheelers at will inflicting hassle to motorists and pedestrians.
