Ludhiana: Police here have arrested 3 accomplices of an illegal go back and forth agent who allegedly duped 250 other people of Rs 35 lakh via promising to send them out of the country.
The accomplices — identified as brothers Swaran Kumar and Subhash Kumar of Shamshpura, and Jagdish Kumar of Rajasthan— ran a scientific laboratory through which they'd take the scientific examinaton in their victims via saying that the laboratory had been licensed via the embassy concerned.
Shimlapuri police arrested the primary accused, Parmajit Singh of Noorwala Road, on Saturday.
