BHUBANESWAR: Senior BJD leader and former minister Damodar Rout flayed Puri district collector Aravind Agarwal after ‘replica’ keys of the inner Ratna Bhandar (treasury) of Jagannath temple have been discovered from the latter’s workplace record room on Wednesday.
