Gauri Hiremath, an assistant governor of Rotary Club of Seven Hills, Dharwad told TOI, “Many had provided meals to be supplies to rescue groups and we distributed bananas, buttermilk and raitha to the body of workers.”

Bilquees Banu, a retired lecturer from Dharwad stated, “After visiting this site, I felt that we too should contribute in the rescue works by means of helping the rescue groups. I prepared hen curry and chapatti for 2 days and provided it to more than 600 body of workers.”
