VADODARA: Veteran artist Jyoti Bhatt on Tuesday was conferred Padma Shri at his place of dwelling.
On behalf of President Ram Nath Kovind, Gujarat’s further chief secretary Sangeeta Singh handed over the Padma award to the celebrated artist, who may just no longer attend ultimate month’s award function where famous citizens were conferred the award through the President.
