3 men rob salon owner at gunpoint, arrested

GURGAON: Three males have been arrested on Friday evening from Sector nine for allegedly robbing a salon proprietor at gunpoint. The accused, recognized as Sabir, Bijender and Sakir, have been produced in a town court docket on Saturday and feature been sent to in the future's police custody.

According to police, Ikmaruddin, originally from Ghaseda village in Nuh district, owns a salon close to Sohna Chowk. In his complaint, Ikmaruddin stated that he used to be returning to his home in Devi Lal Nagar on Thursday round 10.30pm on his motorcycle when 3 masked males stopped him and snatched the key of his motorbike.


Soon, they began thrashing him and pointed a gun at him. The accused additionally snatched his mobile phone and fled, taking along his motorbike and Rs 22,000 in cash, which Ikmaruddin used to be wearing with him. The motorcycle used to be later found abandoned in a nearby space on Friday morning.


On the basis of Ikmaruddin's complaint, an FIR used to be registered towards the accused underneath sections 379-B (snatching and use of power) of IPC and 25-54-59 of Arms Act at Sector nine police station on Friday. The accused have been arrested the same day from Sector nine.


"We are still questioning the three accused. We expect to recover the stolen money soon," said sub-inspector Kamruddin, the investigating officer.
