ALLAHABAD: The Allahabad high court docket on Tuesday sought information from the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) as to whether any land was once allotted to yoga guru Baba Ramdev or his mates or his company, at once or not directly, in Noida for setting up a meals park.
The court docket directed YEIDA to document the details by November 1. Hearing a writ petition by Ausaf of Noida , a department bench comprising Justice Tarun Agarwala and Justice Ajay Bhanot directed to listing the matter on November 1 for the next hearing.Ausaf has challenged the allotment of 4,500 acres of land in favour of Patanjali Ayurvedic Ltd at Noida.
