GURUGRAM: A 27-year-old man used to be arrested on Friday for allegedly raping a woman and dangerous he with a video clip that he stated he would proportion on the net.
The accused used to be produced in a town court on Saturday and has been remanded to judicial custody.
According to police, Chandan Giri, who's from of Gazipur district in Uttar Pradesh, used to be staying on hire in Naharpur Kasan, the same village as the woman.
He befriended the woman six months ago. But things soured. He no longer best thrashed me but in addition threatened to kill me. He used to stalk me on a regular basis on my way back home. He raped me on a number of occasions. Whenever I used to resist, he would threaten me with my video.," the woman advised police in her complaint.
An FIR has been registered in opposition to accused Giri below sections 323 (causing harm), 341 (wrongful confinement), 354-D (stalking), 376 (rape), 506 (prison intimidation) of IPC at girls police station in Manesar.
