Belagavi: The eighth edition of the International Kite Festival, organized by means of Parivartan Pariwar and hosted by means of former MLA Abhay Patil, got to vibrant and grand opening on the premises of Angadi Institute of Technology and Management at Savagaon Road right here on Saturday.
