ALLAHABAD: Allahabad High Court on Tuesday directed the Varanasi district administration, Varanasi Development Authority (VDA) and Varanasi Nagar Nigam to file their respective replies in admire of cleanliness in Varanasi, which is the parliamentary constituency of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
