Heritage tour explores Pune's Pawana area

Around 18 other people participated in a heritage tour organized by Destination Nature as part of the Pune Heritage Festival by Janwani which not too long ago concluded. The crew visited 3 spots. The first being Pavna Dam the place they explored the construction history as well as geographical significance of the dam. The 2nd spot included 'Adhunik Urja' (trendy energy) Park evolved by one Mr. Pathak. There, the folks had a chance to see experimental tools which are helpful generating energy from non standard resources.

The final vacation spot used to be pot holes in Indrayani river near Shelar wadi, Dehuroad. The contributors could discover the varieties of rocks how these pot holes are shaped have been explored.
