COIMBATORE: Scores of villagers close to Sulur were made to pose for footage as beneficiaries of the central government’s Swachh Bharat challenge in entrance of bogs they didn't personal; grant for the scheme operating to several lakhs of rupees used to be allegedly pocketed through panchayat officers.
