Jharsa murder: Cops suspect personal enmity

GURUGRAM: Four other people have been booked for the homicide of a 35-year-old guy, Parvesh Bhati, who used to be killed on Saturday night in entrance of the JBM manufacturing facility in Mohammedpur Jharsa. The accused, who were in a pick-up van, made Bhati forestall his car and shot at him, whilst his daughter and brother were within the car.

Cops said the accused fired more than one pictures at Bhati, of which two hit him immediately, and then they fled the spot. Bhati’s brother took him to a personal health center where he used to be declared brought useless. An FIR used to be registered at Sector 37 police station, below sections 302 (homicide) and 34 (not unusual intent) of the IPC, and 25, 54 and 59 of the Arms Act. Bhati’s family has named a certain Giriraj, who's out on parole after being in jail for murdering Bhati’s uncle 10 years ago. The family advised police that Giriraj may have held a grudge against the family.


“The accused are absconding, and we are making all efforts to arrest them,” said Inspector Amit Kumar, SHO, Sector 37 police station.
