Russian lawmaker accused of sex harassment apologizes

MOSCOW: An influential Russian parliament member accused of sexual harassment through several feminine reporters has issued an apology and requested for forgiveness.

The allegations towards Leonid Slutsky through three reporters come with groping and making demeaning comments.


Today, noting it was International Women's Day, Slutsky mentioned on Facebook that "I'm using the occasion to invite forgiveness from the ones of you whom I freely or involuntarily brought about suffering.
