Sandesh’s departure will adversely impact JD(S), says party SC/ST wing chief

Mysuru: Anguished by way of three-time JD(S) corporator Sandesh Swamy’s decision to enroll in the BJP, the president of JD(S)’ SC/ST wing Paramesh said that the departure would critically dent the birthday celebration. “More than a 100 SC/ST workers will surrender the birthday celebration in the wake of Sandesh’s departure,” said Paramesh.

None too pleased with JD(S) state president HD Kumaraswamy’s remarks about Sandesh no longer having made any significant contributions to the birthday celebration, Paramesh said, “Sandesh’s contribution to the growth of the birthday celebration is immense. Kumaraswamy’s remarks are not true.”


Paramesh additionally expressed displeasure over Kumaraswamy’s angle about leaders leaving the birthday celebration fold. “He says, whoever needs to stick can achieve this, and people who need to depart can depart. This is disheartening. We have all worked for the birthday celebration, and invested our hard-earned money to lend a hand the birthday celebration grow,” he added.


Expressing dismay over the choice of applicants for the assembly elections, he added, “Those who have achieved not anything for the birthday celebration, those that have no longer even erected a single birthday celebration flag are being given tickets to contest the polls. How many votes will such applicants ballot? Kumaraswamy will know once the consequences are out. He should find out about people who are looking to smash the birthday celebration.”
