Sharmiela Mandre, Actress
For actress Sharmiela Mandre, Easter brings again a large number of formative years recollections. “Since my mother’s side of the family is Catholic, we commence the day via going to church. After that, we seek advice from family members and most often finally end up at my grandmother’s house for a standard Easter lunch, which is a mixture of dishes like Roast Chicken and Turkey, and truffles made via my grandmother. My favorite is the Banofee Pie,” says Sharmiela.

Banofee Pie
INGREDIENTS
* 250g digestive biscuits, overwhelmed
* 100g butter, melted

* Grated chocolate to garnish
* Caramel (can be created from scratch or purchased from the store)
* 2 tablespoon of brown sugar for the cream

RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
