BHUBANESWAR: Laxmisagar police here on Friday arrested Pratap Panda, MD of Panda Infra Projects Pvt Ltd, for his alleged forget that ended in collapse of a portion of Bomikhal street over bridge (ROB) and subsequent death of a labourer on Thursday evening.
