Cops seize pistol, magazines from undertrial at Jassiyan village

LUDHIANA: Police have seized a pistol and magazines from Jassiyan village after an undertrial, going through six circumstances, brought from jail were given the similar recovered. The accused was recognized as 23-year-old Shubham Arora of New Madhopuri.

Police officers stated that the accused was arrested through police as three months again he had resorted to firing right through a conflict between two groups on Chandigarh street. They added that police needed to get better the pistol with which he had fired. Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (ADCP) Rattan Singh Brar stated that a case of try to murder was registered in opposition to the accused at Division Number seven police station and he along side his accomplices was arrested within the case. He added that the accused was brought on manufacturing warrant on Saturday.


Police officers stated that right through questioning the accused divulged that he had buried the pistol in a pit he had dug close to the railway line close to Jassiyan village. They added that police took the accused to the place and seized 30 bore pistol from the place and likewise recovered two magazines and 18 cartridges from there.


Cops stated that right through the investigation, the accused informed police that he had purchased the pistol for Rs. 50,000 from any person and he had used the similar in lots of fights. They added that the accused has six circumstances of fights and firing in opposition to him. Police officers stated that they are looking for the one who had equipped pistol to the accused. They added that the accused has passed twelfth elegance.
