Fate of 58 candidates in Dakshina Kannada will be decided today

MANGALURU: The fate of 58 applicants contesting in 8 meeting segments of Dakshina Kannada district will likely be decided on Tuesday.
The Election Commission is fully ready with 336 counting officers on its rolls to rely votes of Belthangady, Moodbidri, Mangaluru City North, Mangaluru City South, Mangaluru, Bantwal, Puttur and Sullia constituencies at Mahatma Gandhi Centenary Higher Primary School and Mahatma Gandhi Centenary Composite PU College at Bondel.

Deputy commissioner S Sasikanth Senthil mentioned the method will begin with the counting of postal ballots won till 8am on Friday.
