KOLKATA: A flood aid demonstration was organised at Amingaon in Assam alongside the banks of the Brahmaputra below the aegis of the Army’s Red Horns Division to hone rescue drills and fortify co-ordination among various companies and rehearse contingencies in the eventuality of reacting to flood-like scenarios in the state.
