GUWAHATI: A 40-year-old night guard, Altab Uddin, who has been posted at Jalalpur Primary Health Centre in Cachar since 2005, has moved the Gauhati prime courtroom alleging he has now not won benefits introduced by the federal government.
The petitioner was first of all paid Rs 500 per 30 days, which was enhanced to Rs 2,500 later, in line with his writ. "The authority shall take a decision on the said issue within a period of two months," the courtroom ordered.
