CHANDIGARH: To curb actions of organised criminals, gangsters, prevent smuggling of illicit weapons and narcotics in NCR area especially in border areas, the inter-state crime coordination committee meeting of four states on Wednesday decided to arrange “Inter-State Crime Information Secretariat” in Gurugram. This institutional mechanism will assist police of Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Delhi to effectively coordinate, create common database and real-time sharing of data to stop and hit upon crime and check felony actions.
